Conscious Cashew and Blue Berry Cacao Truffles

After a fun and enlightening 2 day seminar with David Wolfe of the Raw Chocolate and Superfood movement, I am back on a chocolate tip. This recipe is from our “Trust Your Intuition” Creative & Conscious Cooking Course. Enjoy with insight and delight!

Cacao, in its purest form, stimulates the brains function and enhances the mood. The “flavonoids” found in raw cacao are cell cycle regulators which display antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiallergic properties.

• 1 cup of dates, soaked till soft in coconut milk
• ¾ cup of cashews (or seeds and nuts of your choice)
• ½ cup of raw organic cacao powder
• Handful or blueberries
• Pinch of Himalayan salt
• Pinch of Good Life Organic Vanilla Powder
• ¼ cup coconut oil (optional)


– Blend all the ingredients in a food processor. 

– Roll truffle balls with love in the palm of your hands.

– Finish by rolling in grounds nuts, raw cacao powder or top with a whole berry or nut.
